A blatant example of his numerous similar decisions against the vulnerable, is his Frozen Trucker ruling against a Truck Driver who waited for 3 hours in below-zero weather in an unheated truck after his trailer brakes froze. Gorsuch ruled that the company was right to fire the driver (no matter how cold it was or how long he had waited) for unhitching the cab and temporarily leaving his trailer to warm up at a gas station.
In recent Congressional Hearings, Gorsuch agreed that his ruling was severe and unkind, but blamed this on the law (rather than his narrow interpretation of the law).
It is his decisions that will intensify the already far-right leaning of the Supreme Court under Antonin Scalia (whom he will replace), which ruled corporations "people", irreparably altering U.S. elections with Citizens United.
His opinions and those of other far-right justices, unfortunately reflect the values of this Nation: a country that clearly cares more about Corporate Power and Wall Street than the well-being of its citizens and protection of the vulnerable. Gorsuch's nomination to the top court further nullifies Constitutional Separation of Powers.
