One afternoon Wally and I stopped at a restaurant in the country after a pumpkin hayride. It was a huge far away place almost empty of customers. And Wally and I were laughing as usual. Then someone on the other side of the restaurant called my name: a man I hadn't seen in years who recognized my laugh. In this picture someone snapped at a party, Erin on the left is the best laugher. I have no idea what cracked us up. I often think that it would be impossible to get through life without laughing. Books have been written about its healing power. There's even a "Laughter Heals" Foundation.
