Supreme Court Nominee Kavanaugh is anti-labor; pro presidential power; pro second amendment; anti disabled; and pro privileged, corporate power, and special interests. He advised halting the Gore v Bush vote count, which led to the Supreme Court electing George W, who took us into Iraq and Afghanistan, resulting in hundreds of thousands of civilian and military deaths, as well as irreparable injuries, redeployments and endless war.
This is even more serious than the Gorsuch appointment. Kavanaugh will become Supreme Court justice and the sham hearings being rushed before November midterm elections will cast a decisive blow against democracy.
It doesn't matter that Republicans testify that he's a "nice guy." Republican opinion doesn't alter the fact that this nomination severely unbalances an already precarious democracy.
