The Chaos of Opinion Over Fact

If you change a presidential candidate within a year of the election, your party will probably lose. If there is party infighting about candidates near an election, you will lose. History has proven this, but we ignore history. Republicans know all they have to do is wait when democrats, arguing over candidates, are about to implode. Meanwhile, the media, which is supposed to be "the fourth estate," has abandoned their mission to 'inform' us, and instead jumped on every story that "gets news." Arguing distracts us from what is at stake: democracy on the precipice of fascism.
