Forests, Great Lakes and Maga Invasion

At the Buck's Stadium in this beautiful swing State, voters are spending the night, waiting for tomorrow night's rally. They're from South Dakota, Indiana, Ohio, and their long line of red hats is stretching toward the waves of Great Lake Michigan several blocks away. Milwaukee is one of the two Liberal enclaves of an otherwise Republican State. Yet the Progressive Party began in this State as did Earth Day. It's the wooded areas (still 70% forest) and farmlands north and west of here are conservative. Elections have been won and lost because of this State. And streets are being blocked off again and there could be violence from yet another Trump visit. Trump who holds racist, sexist rallies, and threatens to overthrow the government; use firing squads against those who disagree with him; and is trying to trap "women in the kitchen"- is this popular. Some of us will be able to leave the country; others will endure the "health advice" of JFK Jr and the "hardship" Trump's ally Elon promises he and Trump will bring. They have openly implied even more maga surprises are on the way.
